*All yoga and workouts take place at 11am EST, replays are available so you can do them any time you can fit them in if you can't make it live.
No! Absolutely not. All the workouts will be with no equipment and easily done with just a little space in your home. The yoga you might want a towel or mat and space to stretch. That's it!
All the workouts and yoga sessions will be adaptable to ALL levels! I'm experienced and good like that. NO worries, you're in good hands!
All the workouts and yoga sessions will be available as replays for the 14 days. If you can't make it live, if those days don't work for you, you can do them when it does work for you!
